We are looking for a level 2 application support for the warehouse management system team (Area 51). 

Your role will be to manage issues raised in our ticketing platform, follow the backlog, and document and escalate the tickets to the application development team after investigation, if necessary(e)You will also ensure the functional and operational reporting of problems encountered daily by users with the Product owners, operational trainers and level 1 support teams.

This role is hybrid based in Brussels or Paris(e)(3 days remote work)(e)We're remote-friendly as well.

You will:

  • Assist, advise and guide the users and level 1 support for technical issues
  • Identify root causes of issues by analysing/debugging the source code, database and/or application logs
  • Propose solutions and/or technical recommendations
  • Execute temporary work around solutions to known issues when needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Monthly analysis routine with the product and training teams
  • Inform users about the technical maintenance
  • Launch an alert when the tools are unavailable for the users

You have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role (internships included)
  • Fluency in English both written and oral (mandatory)(e)French or Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in C# and SQL (required)
  • Experience with ticketing platforms and communication tools
  • Experience with Github (or other source control)
  • Experience with logging tools(e)

  • Knowledge or experience with:
  • Angular and Ionic
  • Warehouse management systems or logistics processes
  • Kibana and elastic search are a plus
