Your role

This position belongs to our “People Ops” team, in our global People department, and will report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager of PayFit. 
The People Ops team’s mission is to support the local People teams by being an accelerator of growth, thanks to the expertise we develop by being specialised on dedicated topics, like Compensation.  

You will be responsible for:  

?Support the C&B Manager to drive our bi-annual compensation reviews & make sure that all actors are well equipped for it.  

⚙️ Monitor market & our recruitment data regularly in order to make sure that our salary grids are up to date.

⚙️  Build new salary grids where necessary thanks to the Head of department's direction & our different benchmark tools. 

? Support the C&B manager on key projects such as building our variable remuneration policy or our promotion process. 

?Support our local People teams in regards to any compensation queries (promotions, compensation reviews, ranges & benchmarks).

A strong appetite to touch different topics & for multi-tasking
Very strong organisation, detail-oriented and analytical skills
Good knowledge about analytics formulas in Excel / Google Sheets
At least 2 years of experience in compensation management
A strong passion for human resources management topics globally 
Very good communication skills
An interest in working in a fast-paced and fluctuating environment and to learn new tools
