Ledger is looking for a talented IT Engineer Cloud to reinforce our Information & Technology team and support our growth(e)This role will be about helping us working faster and more efficiently by fostering lean processes and automation(e)You will contribute to the design and implementation of IT automation tools focusing on service delivery, scalability and security(e)
Our IT Operations team’s mission is critical to the success of Ledger employees around the world(e)The IT Team is responsible for the systems, networks and services that Ledger employees rely on(e)Ledger current IT Stack is pretty modern and is evolving constantly based on the business needs: GSuite, Atlassian, Windows, MacOS & Linux.
Your mission:
- Work with several teams internally to make sure our processes are as automated as possible, starting with our onboarding and offboarding processes
- Implementation and tuning of MDM (JAMF, Intune, Landscape) automation to help us scale more efficiently
- Automation of recurring operational tasks by scripting (Python)
- Take care of bug fixes (PenTest, GLPI, JAMF…)
- Server migration, network configuration and fine-tuning
- Implementation of a DLP (Data Loss Prevention) solution
- Work closely with the Security and Compliance team on our compliance initiatives
- Participation in the new office project
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a system developer in a cloud-first modern IT environment SaaS applications and their APIs (Google Workplace / Atlassian Jira & Confluence / Slack / Microsoft Intune & JAMF)
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Python, Ruby, Javascript, Go
- Proven interest for automation and building processes at scale
- Hands-on experience working in AWS environments
- Ability to deliver complex integration solutions to meet business requirements
- Genuine interest in solving technical challenges
- Solid communication skills - both written and oral in French & English
- A positive and pragmatic mindset and an excellent sense of service
- Knowledge of identity and access management is a plus
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging via API, WMI, SNMP, SSH, and tools (e.g(e)Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, Instana, etc.) is a plus
