Internship - Junior Product Manager/Owner

Missions: As part of the product management team, reporting to the Platforms Product Owner, your missions will be the following in an English/French speaking environment : 

Cloud Alert & Monitoring Dashboards are provided to our Customers(e)In this context, the trainee will 

- contribute to the product documentation (English language)

- collect field feedback from Customers and from Sales teams

- define the backlog issues according to priority

- follow the delivery of issues  (delay and quality delivery)

- standardize support processes such as Customer Access Management

- report on Service performance

Scale Care is a new service providing additional support to the Customers, including  a designated solution engineer, customized dashboard and alerts and proactive monitoring.

In this context, the trainee will 

- help launch the service worldwide with sales and support team representatives

- contribute to the product documentation  (English language)

- build, update and present Service performance reports

- continuously work on improving the service

- collect Customer feedback 

The Platforms Product Owner manages 2 Agile software development teams working on weekly sprints

- “Supsetup” Team : Manages installation, upgrade and monitoring of RING Product

- “Platform” Team : Manages installation, upgrade and monitoring of ARTESCA Product

On occasion, the trainee will have to support the Platforms Product Owner in the following tasks :

- define and update the product roadmap for the Supsetup and Platform teams

- help with the feature requirements process

- break down and prioritize issues

- Monitor the progression of the features and bug fix deliveries with the development teams

- Liaise with other Product Owners and Dev Teams for transverse feature deliveries

- report on deliveries (JIRA)

- Attend and sometimes lead sprint ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily, Retrospective, Grooming Sessions

- collect Customer feedback
