The International Programmatic Manager role is for a professional who is passionate about Podcasts and programmatic technology and enjoys working in a fast paced and highly collaborative global environment(e)

Your experience in overseeing programmatic deals activation, management and optimizations on various DSPs to best support advertisers’ expectations has prepared you for this moment(e)You have a hunger to connect and partner with our sales team as they answer agency customers’ RFPs, and to drive key partnerships with DSPs in multiple regions, necessary to grow Acast’s programmatic revenue stream(e)

You have a proven track record of working closely with colleagues and clients on reporting, analysis, and education to deliver results(e)This role will be reporting to the Global Head of Automation and Managing Director, International and be a pivotal part of our rapidly growing programmatic solutions team.  This position could either be based in London or Paris.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the programmatic expert and evangelist for the International team as our externally facing programmatic lead
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team on strategic programmatic partnerships at agencies, brands and with third parties
  • Work with the Global Head of Automation on maintaining and developing international relationships with DSPs and other adtech third parties. 
  • Join Key Account Directors and Account Managers on sales meetings to sell ‘Acast Automated’, our programmatic offering
  • Manage all aspects of programmatic campaigns from pre-set up to activation, including both PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed
  • Research and recommend program optimizations, and upsell; based on knowledge of platform-specific capabilities, site analytics, and media opportunities
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance by investigating ad server bugs, third party discrepancies and under-delivery issues in partnership with Ad Ops
  • Help with Internal training by creating and maintaining best practices and playbooks 
  • Provide regular reporting of key milestones and objectives in weekly meetings.  
  • Represent Acast at Digital / Programmatic events and serve as a brand ambassador.
  • Reporting to the Global Head of Automation and Managing Director, International and liaising with International Sales and Automation team colleagues to ensure strategic and tactical alignment across markets(e)
Who you are
You are passionate about advertising, technology, media and of course podcasts! You will have 3 - 4 years of experience working with DSPs, and potentially SSPs, with technical knowledge on how programmatic campaigns are set-up and managed being critical(e)You’re also a problem solver who can untangle knots and create streamlined processes when you see an opportunity for greater efficiency.  Well connected in the industry; you have existing relationships at major trading desks, in-house buying groups, measurement firms and key buying platforms, and are always looking to build up your network(e)Given the scope of the role, ideally an additional language would be helpful(e)Not afraid to speak up with a good idea, you’re comfortable presenting to influential clients, industry and welcome the chance to be an advocate for automation and podcasts(e)We’re looking for someone who’s ready to build with us and craves the opportunity to influence the future growth of podcast monetization while maintaining the integrity of the user experience and the intimacy of the content(e)
