We are looking for the first International Customer Success Manager to join the PlayPlay CSM team in Paris.

As the first international CSM, you will have the key mission of taking care of PlayPlay's growing EMEA client base, but also of helping us understand trends and clients’ needs in international markets. 

Your main missions will be to onboard, engage and continuously follow a portfolio of customers(e)You will be in charge of maximizing customers' satisfaction and help them make the most out of PlayPlay in order to lower our churn rate as much as possible. 

You will also help the Head of CSM build the International CS team, with management opportunities.

MISSIONS ?

Handle a customer portfolio

  • Create a trusting relationship with our clients
  • Understand and follow up on customers' goals to ensure their Return On Investment
  • Ensure their global satisfaction with the tool
  • Track product adoption through usage KPIs
  • Identify expand opportunities

Help your customers create great videos

  • Help customers define their editorial strategy with PlayPlay
  • Create content to help them better use the product
  • Give them best practices to improve their videos

Be the voice of the customer

  • Identifying and communicating to our Product team potential weaknesses and development opportunities of our platform
  • Share your customer knowledge to the whole company through presentations and dedicated slack channels

  • Participate to side-projects
  • Improve internal processes
  • Rethink parts of our customer journey
  • Animate webinars with the Marketing & Sales teams
  • Recruit & train new team members

REQUIREMENTS ?

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B Customer Success 
  • Experience in the tech sector, ideally for SaaS platforms ⭐️
  • Previous experience of working in an international market
  • Bilingual in English (worked or lived in an English-speaking environment)
