We are looking for the first International Customer Success Manager to join the PlayPlay CSM team in Paris.
As the first international CSM, you will have the key mission of taking care of PlayPlay's growing EMEA client base, but also of helping us understand trends and clients’ needs in international markets.
Your main missions will be to onboard, engage and continuously follow a portfolio of customers(e)You will be in charge of maximizing customers' satisfaction and help them make the most out of PlayPlay in order to lower our churn rate as much as possible.
You will also help the Head of CSM build the International CS team, with management opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS ?
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Customer Success
- Experience in the tech sector, ideally for SaaS platforms ⭐️
- Previous experience of working in an international market
- Bilingual in English (worked or lived in an English-speaking environment)
