Mission: As we continue to grow, we still have great challenges to meet in order to make the plurality and quality of our products known to as many people as possible(e)With this in mind, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting an influence & press lead.

Influence campaign strategies, paid & organic
Setting the calendar & strategy for our influence campaigns on a quarterly basis with a consequent budget and expected ROI.
Managing campaigns with your team(e)Monitoring, analyzing and comparing the success and performance from a quantitative and qualitative point of view to determine the next steps.

(e)-PR
With the help of a (e)Press Officer in your team, you will lead & orientate conversations with opinion leaders - journalists, beauty experts, influencers and bloggers(e)You will unroll a smart yet voluminous gifting strategy to achieve major press coverage.

International networking
Organize productive exchanges between your team and local teams in Europe and US to share knowledge, test & learn continuously and address the market globally.

Manage a team of 2-3 people

SPECIFIC SKILLS

  • Analytics: knowledge of influence analytics and tools (tracking, CPM, ROI, audience measuring), ability to manage and keep track of a budget
  • Growth mindset: you have a proven experience in scaling paid operations for a company or clients
  • Commercial & relational: Ability to negotiate contracts but also create a deep connection
  • Management: an experience in recruiting and managing a junior team
