Contract & Location

- Paris Office: 19 rue Michel Le Comte, 75003 Paris, with up to 1 day in remote per week
A few examples of your responsibilities
- Support the entire People Team members in their daily tasks on all topics People related as Staff administration, recruitment, culture & People business partner aspects and especially:
- Culture: involvement in corporate responsibility projects, HR internal communication, actions to improve employees’ happiness
- People BP: Employee engagement, recognition actions, training (support on Qualiopi certification application, collect documents and actions follow up, support on administrative follow up with OPCO and training sessions’ organization)
- Recruitment: help in employer branding actions
- Staff Administration: internal HR processes, notes, certificates drafting, help in medical appointments, meal vouchers and transportation tickets management

What we look for
- A bit of experience(e)Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources + A first internship/Apprenticeship experience appreciated(e)Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Indesign is valuable.
- Time to spend together(e)An end-of-study internship (6 months) or an Apprenticeship.
- Passion for the field. You have a keen interest in people and get really excited about getting to know them better(e)In addition, you’re interested in the tech world and new technologies.
- Great communication skills(e)Your role will lead you to interact with people from different countries and with diverse backgrounds(e)You need to adapt your communication to your audience, think fast, and be able to write any communication without a single spelling mistake.
