What will be your role?  

Within a growing, agile and fast-paced organization, you will drive the People agenda for Global Functions (GTM, Marketing, Bus Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, People, representing roughly 300 people), partner with the business, develop people strategies and implement solutions aligned with business needs, and lead the HRBP team.  

More specifically, ou will be responsible for:
- Build and drive People strategy and culture agenda for Global Functions championing new ways of working that support the business leaders and provide improved value-added people solutions
- Drive local people management processes (development, performance management, succession planning, people review, compensation review …)
- Actively participate in annual budget and hiring plan settings in collaboration with Finance
- Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to Leaders: the CFO, the COO, and their direct reports (about 10 VPs/Head ofs), helping to navigate opportunities and challenges across their respective teams 
- Support Managers in building the right organization to achieve PayFit’s growth & strategy, always placing the Payfit values at the center of decision-making process
- Closely work with the rest of the People organization to contribute and shape team projects
- Lead, mentor and coach a 2 HRBP team to implement and drive HR initiatives forward
- Maintain and support company culture and engagement in a fast-growing company
- Build and take ownership of the HRBP processes and constantly improve ways of working, ensuring efficiency and scalability in how the team operates
- Ensure our legal compliance with all the social admin & payroll topics as well as coordination with Labor Relations Manager 
- Act as an advisor in terms of international coordination e.g mobilities, relocation, compensation & benefits impacts
- In a WFA environment, guarantee a true expression from employees to anticipate and improve their health, security and working conditions.  

This job has been tailored for you if:

We are seeking an influential Head of People with proven experience gained within a fast-paced environment, to include working directly with the leadership team of a business.

The successful candidate will possess broad HR expertise to include change management, organizational design, coaching skills and transformational leadership and industrial relations. 

- You have at least 10 years in HRBP role and ideally 3 years in a similar role including a first successful management experience
- You have a proven track record in growing scale-ups or fast-paced environment
- You drive a solution oriented approach with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- You are able to create trustful relationships and articulate key messages to influence
- You are a problem solver and with a data driven approach
- You have the ability to anticipate problems and planning strategically while taking into account the company context and culture
- You have a passion for people and always strive for excellence, with the energy for the extra mile in the interest of your teams and our business
- You have strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills that allow you to work across all levels of the organization
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- You have a demonstrated track-record in living and embracing our core values
