As of today, we have raised €11 million (Series A) in 2018, €30 million (Series B) in 2019 and more recently, we completed a third round of fundraising (series C) of €70 million, spearheaded by Index Ventures(e)After an in-depth study of the growth potential for Swile across global markets, the company is poised to expand into the Brazilian market this year as Brazil is the world’s largest employee benefits market and more generally the perfect place to develop our new HR features namely our “Engagement” offer.
Your role:
We are looking for a new Head of Marketing - Affiliates based in Paris.
Swile’s revenue in France is mostly generated through Affiliates.
Affiliates are merchants that are eligible to accept Swile Card payments (meal vouchers, gift vouchers, mobility...) and that have an affiliation contract with Swile(e)On every payments made with the Swile Card at a merchant's, Swile will take a commission if the merchant is affiliated.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager with a proven track record in establishing a demand generation strategy, running automated prospection campaigns and nurturing leads.
In this role, your mission will be to generate affiliation demand and thus, increase our revenue(e)You will plan and execute demand generation campaigns, with the particularity to aim for converting your leads into customer without involving sales.
Reporting to the Head of Business Affiliates, this is a high-impact role where you will contribute greatly to our continued growth.
Your missions ?
- Build the demand generation strategy with a view to:
- maximize the number of onboard solo signatures (contracts signatures with no sales involved) and revenue, w/
- manage lead lifecycle w/ the support of salesOps teams (suggest and implement processes)
- Define and implement automated campaigns to the right audiences, at different stages of the customer buying journey (copywriting, design, settings and tracking...), mostly outbound and nurturing emails
- Set up tracking, monitor and report performances across the whole funnel, focusing on optimizing it (email, LPs, conversion funnel, content, lead lifecycle, business results...)
- Build and fine tune performant acquisition landing pages
- Propose other initiatives to test in order to achieve goals (marketing channels, referral programs, partnerships, content strategy...)
- Work closely with Sales Ops teams to enrich leads, optimize automation techniques, CRM Management, set up tracking, lead scoring and lead attribution
- Be in charge of the Affiliate Marketing Plateform and the different programs (Acquisition, retention, loyalty)
Your Expérience ?
- Full understanding of marketing automation principles
- Full understanding of buyer journey & lead lifecycle principles
- Operational on at least one marketing automation tool & campaigns set up
- Email copywriting skills (sales cold emails mostly) and very good writing skills in general
- Very analytical mindset: you love digging into data and analysing it to provide insights, you know how to monitor campaigns and performances in general, and set up dashboards to follow-up on every actions you take
- Comfortable with campaign tracking implementation (form & funnel tracking, set up in GTM & Google Analytics)
- Comfortable discussing technical aspects & ideally you know HTML & CSS languages
- Familiar with lead scoring techniques
- Very organized, you have outstanding project management skills! You're capable to prioritize your topics and have them move forward in parallel, in full autonomy.
- Problem-solving skills (especially serving marketing automation) & solution-oriented(e)Nothing's impossible! When "you don't know", you dig by yourself first and are eager to come with solutions/propositions.
