THE TEAM 

The Global Onboarding Performance Intern will join our Global Onboarding Performance team, whose objective is to lead improvement projects in our onboarding processes in France, Germany and Italy (more than 600 people)(e)In this critical role, you will work closely with local & global teams, as well as country managers to scale the organization, while making sure Doctolib delivers the best onboarding experience in Europe. 

YOUR MISSION

You will drive the transformation projects led by the Global Onboarding Performance team(e)This means you will define and conduct implementation of new sales processes(e)More specifically, your team is in charge of the way Sales & Ops teams contract with the client and give them access to our products.  This means you will regularly work with Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Product teams to ensure our processes serve the overall strategy(e)Examples of potential assignments: 

Data analysis

• Prioritise analysis with our BI team to analyse Onboarding Performance and help decision making 
• Perform analysis of current user-base to spot upsell opportunities 
• Gather key data to help prioritise projects
• Define KPIs to monitor success & impact of projects

Project management

• Act as PMO on various projects
• Produce business specs to help our product managers deliver their roadmap
• Support change management of new processes & tools (alignment, support, documentation)
• Spend time with local teams to collect feedback to improve processes efficiency 

YOUR SKILLS

• You are ambitious and want to take part in one of the best success stories in e-health in Europe
• You are graduating in a Master’s degree from a business school / engineering school looking for a 6 months internship (end of studies only)
• You are fluent in French, English(e)A good level in German or Italian is a plus
• You have good knowledge with Excel and Powerpoint(e)SQL and Salesforce knowledge is a plus
• You have a high motivation, strong listening and communication skills, proactive leadership on projects, ability to operate in a fast paced environment 
• You like to have fun!

At the end of your internship, you will be able to: 

• Build a roadmap prioritizing the projects that impact your KPIs the most
• Work hand in hand with product teams, and become an expert in product management
• Conduct rigorous analysis to support a long term roadmap & to align key stakeholders
• Work in an agile environment, across multiple teams & products

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

• An interview with our Talent Partner (30 minutes)
• An interview with your future Manager (1 hour)
