THE TEAM
The Global Onboarding Performance Intern will join our Global Onboarding Performance team, whose objective is to lead improvement projects in our onboarding processes in France, Germany and Italy (more than 600 people)(e)In this critical role, you will work closely with local & global teams, as well as country managers to scale the organization, while making sure Doctolib delivers the best onboarding experience in Europe.
YOUR MISSION
You will drive the transformation projects led by the Global Onboarding Performance team(e)This means you will define and conduct implementation of new sales processes(e)More specifically, your team is in charge of the way Sales & Ops teams contract with the client and give them access to our products. This means you will regularly work with Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Product teams to ensure our processes serve the overall strategy(e)Examples of potential assignments:
