What you will do

Part of the central marketing direction, you will work closely with other central departments (in particular Finance and Data teams) and support the 12 countries where TheFork is present. 

As Marketing Finance Business Partner, you will be the main point of contact between Marketing and Finance teams with the objective of continuously optimizing our marketing investments to support our growth strategy.

More precisely, you will be responsible for:

 

Supporting the planning and budgeting process

  • Build the necessary budgeting tools in collaboration with the Finance team
  • Create a new forecasting model to better anticipate the impact of marketing actions
  • Coordinate all teams involved in the Planning process and actively contribute to the Budget allocation guidelines

 

Continuously tracking budget evolution

  • Monitor allocation compliance
  • Anticipate risks or opportunities of under- or over-investment
  • Organize bi-weekly budget reviews with local and central marketing teams to facilitate decisions for budget reallocation

 

Continuously optimizing acquisition and retention costs

  • Run dedicated analyses to better understand marketing actions’ profitability
  • Be responsible for acquisition and retention costs monitoring
  • Develop a deep understanding of our lifetime value (differences by country, levers driving higher LTV, etc.)
  • With Data team, build proper data assets to better track profitability by user in order to adapt our marketing actions accordingly

 

Who you are

  • Bachelor / Master degree
  • At least 4 years’ experience, preferably in digital companies
  • Fluency in English
  • Global understanding of all marketing levers and marketing investments (CAC, RC, LTV, ROI, etc.)
  • Previous experience in finance or consulting would be a plus
  • Analytical and data-driven with SQL skills
  • High level of leadership, personal drive, self-motivated and passionate
  • Team player
