Within an agile team, your goal will be to enrich our SaaS application, a micro-frontend SPA using
Node.js APIs(e)We’re looking for an enthusiastic follower of good practice with at least
4 years of experience in back and front-end development(e)We’ve been using micro-frontend technology for a while and we’re always looking at new technologies, and investing in them if we see that they’ll enhance our offering(e)We highly value user experience, the quality of the interfaces we deploy, and the quality of the code written(e)You’d be joining a team of more than 70+ full-stack engineers and growing...
We run regular internal sessions to share knowledge and we form tech guilds on complex subjects to figure out challenges and solutions to them(e)We work with some of the biggest websites and apps across the world and we’re always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible at this scale(e)With pushes to production at least once a day you’ll be motivated by seeing your work go live quickly and add value to our clients.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of talented developers by providing them mentorship, and ongoing feedback and supporting them with their personal growth
- Together with your team be responsible for a module in the product while working in an Agile environment
- Act as the team’s tech lead and main tech reference - support the team in reaching the best technical solutions/code reviews
- Work closely with the product manager and product designer throughout the development lifecycle, from inception to deployment and monitoring.
- Make sure the team writes quality code and builds out test automation
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the SaaS application
- Be involved in key technical decisions and spread the global technical vision at Contentsquare
- Be a technical leader in your team - accountable for the overall technical quality (devs, designs, …)
- Pushes for healthy and enjoyable work in the team across locations, and with other teams
- Identify adjustments needed for the team(e)Take it with management to fine-tune processes and share feedback and ideas
- Staffing and organization accuracy of the team (identifies needs and hires new team members)
What will make you successful
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a full-stack software developer with good javascript experience
- You are currently a senior software developer and want to become a team leader or you’re already a team leader
- You are curious to learn and you’re a great team player
- You like working with nice and collaborative people and would like to support your team members in growing
- You can take ownership of leading cross-team technical projects and possess good communication skills
- You have a continuous improvement mindset
