Working within both the Client and Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing our internal tools(e)Some of them are in-house tools, others are on-the-market softwares (Salesforce, 360 Learning, etc.).
This role requires strong programming and technical capacities: writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end, as well as testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues, designing and developing APIs, etc)(e)The role also requires you to be business-oriented: you will help design the best processes and methods to increase the teams’ efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and will create innovative technical solutions to respond to the company’s ever-changing needs.

OPERATIONS DESIGN & STRATEGY
You will help establish the systems, processes, rhythms, and templates the teams need to run their business on a day-to-day basis(e)The aim is for us to ensure the teams have the right set of tools for completing work and streamline their workload.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in computer science or relevant field.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js.
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Ruby on Rails, and Python.
- Familiarity with database technology such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Familiarity with at least one of these Cloud platforms: GCP or Azure.
- Solid understanding of code versioning.
- Experience: > 2 years in a similar position
