Your missions ⭐
You will work closely with our Finance Ops team & local Finance Manager to ensure the reliability of our financial data and operate the daily financial tasks ?
Cash collection (Spain, Germany, UK, Italy)
- Manage our accounts receivable
- Improve cash collection process to keep a low level of unpaid invoices
Cash report
- Maintain cash report on a weekly basis
- Identify main driver of our cash burn
- Give transparency to other teams on their payments
- Help building automated cash flow statements
Accounts payable :
- Handle suppliers’ payment
- Improve P2P process in collaboration with accounting team
Accounting :
- Prepare the inputs for the monthly closing
- Support external accountants in case of questions about our accounting data
- Make sure accounting information is accurate and exhaustive
Reporting & Controlling:
-Help local Finance Business Partner to prepare the monthly reporting
- Help local Finance Business Partner to maintain / improve the controlling process
Billing
- Help local Finance Business Partner with monthly billing preparation
- Support local Finance Business Partner with billing tickets
- Help improve billing process
Other
- Possible work on transversal topics with other finance teams (France, Ops)
