Role
Since day one, Sendinblue has been part of several ESG initiatives such as the Parental Act, Climate Act and more recently the Parity Act and is now willing to go further in its social and environmental engagement by becoming B-Corp Certified within 2 years.
In order to achieve this great project, the People & Impact team (30 people) is looking for a passionate & quick learner with excellent project management & communication skills to join the team(e)You’ll work under the management of the Global Senior Project Manager and our Chief People and Impact Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement the Company Impact Roadmap (B-Corp certification)
- Draft internal policies (DEI, Environmental, etc)
- Define our ESG targets and monitor them (do regular KPI reporting)
- Animate internal working groups related to ESG disclosures (social & green committee)
- Coordinate our Carbon Footprint Analysis 2021 with our consulting company and our various departments
- Implement our ESG-related initiatives such as philanthropic activities and communicate about them(e)
- Lead internal workshops and committees on ESG-related topics
Profile:
- At least 5+ years of experience in fast-paced work environment or in a tech and international company
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple jurisdictions and entities
- Analytical skills required for ESG KPI reportings
- Strong communication skills oral and written in French and English
- Knowledge of the B-Corp certification
