Get onboard the PayFit rocket by joining our Jetlang Platform Payroll team as a Engineering Manager
The squad's mission is to guarantee the impacts on a flexible payroll, scaling with PayFit's growth.
What will be your role
- Develop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team of product & design to build the long-term vision & strategy for the team
- Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical quality & reliability
- Build and deliver scalable, simple technical solutions
- Set clear goals and directions, and provide regular feedback to team members
- Recruit great engineers to build & scale the team
This job has been tailored for you if you have..(e)?
- At least 2 years of engineering management experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- An experience in software development
- A business touch and like to work closely with sales & marketing teams
- An excellent communication skills in English
- An experience building & scaling high-performing teams.
- An experience collaborating across a cross-functional organization to deliver impactful solutions
- An ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
