What will be your role? ?

Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our Design Language System Tribe as a Design Director
Your mission will be to:Make PayFit customer experience delightful, consistent and memorable by building and scaling PayFit brand identity system (brand design, design system & UX writing)
You will be responsible to:
• Build and spread a strong brand-design-system vision: collaborate within a cross-functional teams of design, engineering & content to build your tribe long-term vision & strategy
• Manage a tribe included 3 pillars and related teams: Design System, Brand Design, UX writing
• Partnering with our Experts Engineering Director to manage our design system team and bring our system to the next level
• Partnering with design ops to centralize all our brand resources in a single source of truth, building a brand-identity-system platform
• Manage and scale our brand design team & processes to cover company needs at scale
• Create the UX writing global entity with a scalable and highly collaborative approach
• Advocate for a strong design culture, spread our vision
• Partner with VP Design on PayFit design vision and strategy at company level

This job has been tailored for you if..(e)?

Your are Senior in design leadership (10 years experience minimum with at least 5 years experience in a leadership role managing teams of more than 10 designers in an international context).
You have a manager-as-a-coach mindset, you drive your teams with passion and excellence but also care and humility.
You have the following qualities :
• Strong creative direction & brand DNA
• Strong design system knowledge
• Data-driven mindset: you're able to link design achievements to company goals and measure your team impact
• Experience managing brand and design system teams
• Experience of efficient collaboration with engineering
• Proven success as design leader (examples: leading a company rebranding through marketing as product content, &/or brand design achievements or strategy with related success metrics, &/or scaling brand/design system/content design teams and processes)
• Experience working in the SaaS / BtoB industry
• Experience of scaling design team in a hyper growth context
• Strong communication skills (from daily collaboration to company exposure on sharing vision and strategy)
• English speaker
