The Business Communications & Support department (BCS)

Our mission is to provide outstanding customer support to Meero’s audiences (photographers, clients, partners...) on all possible channels. Our operations articulate around 2 core teams: Delivery Support where we organise call campaigns to schedule and maintain the logistics of our photoshoots ; and the Care Team that handle customer queries, issues and escalations(e)Our raw material remain human interactions and our goal is to maximise tools & processes efficiencies while providing great experiences(e)To this regard we also own the communication tools of the company (telephony, emailing, chats, bots...) and equip all teams so they deliver efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Business Communications & Support intern, you will assist the global management team in several aspects of our daily operations: processing tasks, scaling teams, delivering projects(e)Examples of missions include:

- Improve the current processes by creating automations, analysing the data, setting up and implementing the defined action plan
- Management of the business tools such as: knowledge base (Slite), data viz (Looker) phone system (Aircall) and conversational relationship platform (Intercom).
- Understanding the business needs of B2B platforms in a dynamic environment and serve as the primary relationship liaison for business, technical and high priority operational escalations
- Directly output operational needs and support teams in reaching their targets
- working in direct line with the management of the department your actions will have an impact on the activities of teams, your input will be dedicated to improve their daily jobs!
- Give visibility of your activity to your management team through strict reporting.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program studying Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field,
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Show excellent communication and organisation skills,
- Master Excel perfectly,
- Knowledge of SQL, python, HTML, Zapier and Integromat would be a plus,
- You speak english fluently,
- Be rigorous, dynamic and autonomous but also result-oriented.
