As a Customer Operations Manager - you will define, implement, enforce all sales administration and customer facing activities for company back offices

Prime responsibilities within your job perimeter:
CRM (Funnel & forecast)
Billing and payment follow up
Shipping (Worldwide)
Product catalog, pricing, quotation
Sales reporting
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows related to operations
Oversee the review, investigation, and resolution of intricate inquiries regarding customer services and issues
Support operational strategy and innovation to achieve business goals for optimum operational performance and profitability
Occasionally in direct relationship with customers (B2B, key accounts)

Profile needed
+5 years proven experience in an agile environment
Analytical mindset with ‘data driven’ attitude
Expert in implementing process and tools
Experience in small to mid size enterprises
Rigorous: Able to define clear process, document & implement the tools to enable smooth workflow
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
At ease with modern tools (Hubspot, Confluence, Quickbooks, Airtable, Google Suite, …)
