The Analytics & CRO Expert will play a key role within the Growth Martketing team by optimizing the customer experience and increasing Ledger’s revenue(e)You will be responsible for the data measurement, optimization and personalization strategy, focusing on successful measurement insights discovery, measurement tracking, implementation and optimization on web properties.
Your mission:
- Build and run Ledger’s analytics stack
- Work closely with the growth and marketing team to improve journeys and on-site experience
- Drive the CRO roadmap and strategy by implementing the technical stack and experiments that fits the Ledger vision
- Manage data collection and be responsible for tracking and reporting tools
- Design dashboard for KPI´s and campaign performance.
- Create and present complex reports to diverse audiences (tactical to c-level)
- QA implementations conducted independently and confidently
- Complete deliverables at a highest possible standards
Please apply if you identify with the following:
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, measurement, web analysis, Insight generation, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Personalization and Usability
- Demonstrable experience with Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Mixpanel, Optimize and Google Tag Manager on web (app is a plus)
- Understanding and interest in Crypto, NFT, Blockchain and web3 ecosystem
- Ability to clearly communicate processes, strategies and general requirements to both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to manage projects and delegate seamlessly across multiple teams, to ensure that all deliverables are as per Ledger standards and deadlines are met
- Knowledge of Javascript, CSS and HTML languages
- Fluent in English
