As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will be attached to the Customer Experience team(e)You will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience in Western Europe, while also working closely with the rest of the team worldwide(e)

You will assist the Head of Customer Experience in managing the campaigns of your region, by regularly suggesting, planning and launching effective customer events and campaigns based on different business needs of the Sales & CSM teams, product roadmap. 

Be a real Hubspot bandmaster! Plan, configure, test and launch effective customer campaigns within Hubspot across different markets, including developing landing pages, emails, nurturing campaigns, tracking and targeting segmentation

Ensure targets data quality within both Hubspot and Salesforce and suggest better ways of improving and leveraging it(e)
(Strong Salesforce experience required)

Participate in planning digital campaigns that meet our business objectivesCoordinate between our multiple business units
to ensure all deadlines are met

Identify industry best practices across digital channels (emailing, social media, PPC, …)

Drive automation processes whenever possible to increase team's efficiency

Support the development and implementation of Contentsquare’s Community platform through data analysis, nurtures and engagement strategies

Fluent English (French, Spanish or Italian is a plus) is required
