Within the Growth marketing team, we are looking for an experienced CRM Manager who will play a key role in the retention strategy of Ledger clients and users by ensuring a top communication strategy to our clients and driving more usage of our services.

Your mission:

  • Setting up proactive communication to users across all channels (push, emails, in-app messages)
  • Maximize upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers and maximize life time value
  • Design a Web3 CRM strategy through innovative thinking and testing
  • Monitor relationships with existing users through CRM systems
  • Own our CRM suite (integration, optimization, evolution)
  • Define, Track, analyze CRM KPIs and trends
  • Conduct market research to follow trends and comptetitivity

We want to hear from you if you identify with the following:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager (4+ years experience)
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end (initial briefs, editorial and creative services, targeting and data selection)
  • Deep understanding of Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have: Experience with Oracle Eloqua CRM suite
  • Nice to have: Experience in the web3 industry (Crypto, NFT)
