Within the Growth marketing team, we are looking for an experienced CRM Manager who will play a key role in the retention strategy of Ledger clients and users by ensuring a top communication strategy to our clients and driving more usage of our services.
Your mission:
- Setting up proactive communication to users across all channels (push, emails, in-app messages)
- Maximize upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers and maximize life time value
- Design a Web3 CRM strategy through innovative thinking and testing
- Monitor relationships with existing users through CRM systems
- Own our CRM suite (integration, optimization, evolution)
- Define, Track, analyze CRM KPIs and trends
- Conduct market research to follow trends and comptetitivity
We want to hear from you if you identify with the following:
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager (4+ years experience)
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
- An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end (initial briefs, editorial and creative services, targeting and data selection)
- Deep understanding of Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- Fluent in English
- Nice to have: Experience with Oracle Eloqua CRM suite
- Nice to have: Experience in the web3 industry (Crypto, NFT)
