— As part of the CRM team, you will lead current and new initiatives with a solid analytical background and with the aim of improving passenger and driver loyalty and retention(e)You will be the expert person to design, scope and optimize the customer communication across all channels, and analyze outcomes of our experiments(e)You will play a pivotal role in challenging our business approach and avoiding falling into common experimentation traps(e)You'll be joining a small CRM team focused on creating, testing and developing the best possible multi-channel CRM strategy for both passengers and drivers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work with CRM Managers and our Head of Growth to develop, implement and refine lifecycle strategies for Heetch passengers and drivers, in all countries (France, Belgium, Algeria, Morocco, Angola)
• Test, learn, iterate, empower people within your area to drive efficient growth through qualitative A/B and multivariate testing.
• Develop a strong experimentation methodology and co-build a reliable data experimentation platform with our team of DataScientists.
• Continuously analyze performance of campaigns and lifecycle journeys, deliver clear, nuanced and well-reasoned conclusions in order for the team to better understand its impact and build a culture of iteration.
• Make clear recommendations for changes with business insights in mind, and translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results.
• Master our CRM suite, prioritize new features implementation.
• Challenge customer segmentation and audience selection testing and upholding (and testing) contact frequency rules(e)
• Identify, size and quantify opportunities to develop new innovative automated CRM programs to drive additional value to add for our drivers/passengers.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
• CRM Campaign and Customer engagement platform (eg Braze, Iterable) experience - 3+ years
• You know how to successfully design experimentations and avoid common pitfalls(e)You’re mastering concepts such as power analysis, statistical significance, you are able to decide on test structures, test durations based on specific hypotheses and data points.
• You love, and manipulate data with ease, and can build tests to measure impact and synthesize complex results into actionable recommendations.
• You are business oriented, you are seeking proof of concept.A track-record of demonstrable campaign results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across different channels(e)
• You are collaborative: you love to work with many teams; you’re open and enthusiast, and you love to help others.
• You don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.You speak fluent in French and EnglishAnd of course, you're a nice girl/guy ?

• You have prior exposure to startup environments
• You’ve already worked on mobile CRM, and have experienced Braze
• You have some coding knowledge (eg HTML5, CSS3…)
• You have some experience in project management and you can manage multiple projects at various stages in one time
