As part of the CRM team, you will work to create, implement and optimise the customercommunications across all channels, with the aim of improving passenger and driver loyalty and retention(e)You will play a pivotal role in designing and executing a user-centric contact management strategy within our CRM tool (Braze)(e)You'll be joining a small CRM team focused on creating, testing and developing the best possible multi-channel CRM strategy for both passengers and drivers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work with CRM managers and Head of CRM to implement and refine lifecycle strategy for Heetch passengers and drivers, on all channels (push notifications, content card, in-app, WhatsApp, SMS, emails)
- Work with local teams (Belgium, Angola, Algeria, Senegal, Tunisia, Morocco, Malta and more to come) to adapt lifecycle campaigns for their markets, and coordinate and control the quality of all our local campaigns
- Execute, monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and lifecycle journeys
- Make recommendations for changes and develop a testing strategy to continually optimise journeys within multiple markets
- Work hands-on and collaborate with Analytics, Operations, Brand, Engineering, and Product teams
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED
- Interest in digital marketing/growth industry (working towards relevant qualification)
- Native strong written French (Key requirement)
- English speaking
- Autonomous
- Team work player
- SMILING PERSON ?
