Le détail de ta mission :
Gestion et suivi de notre process contractuel : tu suivras la totalité
de la vie de nos contrats, de la création à l’archivage, en passant par
la signature, le suivi des renouvellement et résiliations ;
Participationàl’intégrationetàl’améliorationdenotreoutilde
ContractManagement :tacréativitéettespropositionsseront
fortement appréciées ;
Générationdedocumentscontractuels(bonsdecommande,NDA,
MSA...)en étroite collaboration avec les équipes
commerciales (connues pour être les plus sympas du secteur !);
Assistanceàlamiseàjouretàlalocalisationdesprocesset
modèlesdedocumentscontractuels :approchelegaldesignpour
simplifier la vie des clients internes et externes ;
CollaborationavecnosLegalCounselspourlarédaction,larevue
et/ou la négociation de différents types de contrats (NDA, avenants,
contrat SaaS, contrat de prestations,RFPs...);
Travail en étroite collaboration avec les interlocuteurs opérationnels
d’autresdépartements,telqueFinance,SalesOps,PeopleOps,
Marketing,IT/Security avecpourobjectifdecréeret/oumaintenir
nos relations privilégiées et créer des synergies ;
Support général à l’équipe juridique et participation ponctuelle aux
projets spéciaux.

Tes Qualités :
Tu seras notre « mouton à cinq pattes » si tu :
-esdiplômé(e)d’unMaster2endroitdesaffaires/droitdu
numérique ou en management des entreprises ;
-bénéficie d’une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en entreprise au sein d’un
département juridique (ou en étroite collaboration avec celui-ci) (de
préférence dans le monde du SaaS) ;
-maitrisesparfaitementl’AnglaisetleFrançaisàl’écritcommeà
l’oral (toute autre langue pratiquée serait un bonus) ;
-saisalliersavoir-fairejuridique,créativité,adaptabilité,forte
autonomie, sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités ;
-esreconnu(e)pourtescompétencesrelationnelles :travailen
équipe,sensde l’écouteet enthousiasmesontnosmotsd’ordres,
