Meero is looking for a Care Project intern, to reinforce our Global BCS team and prepare the future support for an upcoming product(e)
The Business Communications & Support department
Our mission is to provide outstanding customer support to Meero’s audiences (photographers, clients, partners…) on all possible channels(e)The Care Team handles users queries, issues and escalations(e)Our raw material remain human interactions and our goal is to maximize tools & processes efficiencies while providing great experiences.
Reporting and working closely with the Care Global manager, your main mission will be to assist him in the thinking, designing and redaction of our future support materials, processes and operations for Meero’s product lines(e)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Discover a new project from its beginning.
- Discover support materials such as customized chatbot and help center articles.
- Manage your own project from start to finish with milestones, deadlines and timely reporting.
- Draft and write down the new Care support for Meero.
However, the list is not exhaustive and tasks may vary within BCS lines.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You have a first relevant experience in Customer Service, Customer Care field.
- You are fluent in English or are a native English speaker.
- You are at ease with writing content or have significant experience in copyrighting.
- A formation as technical communication manager would be a plus.
- You have a Customer Care mindset: you love taking care of clients, and resolve their problems, you are a real empathetic person!.
- You have the ability to work in a team, to collaborate with various areas of the business.
- You are autonomous and show proactivity in asking questions when needed.
