We are now hiring our Campus Manager. The Campus Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing, in partnership with the business and the rest of the Talent Acquisition Team, the recruitment strategy for Campus (interns and apprentices) within Ledger(e)
Your responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process for Interns and Apprentices in alignment with our workforce plan,
- Define and implement a dedicated recruitment process for Interns and apprentice,
- Ensure a high-level candidate and hiring manager experience,
- Target and develop specific partnerships with identified schools and universities in alignment with the business needs,
- Identify campus events and represent the company while they are happening,
- Identify the right sourcing channels to attract Interns and Apprenticeships,
- Build a structured process to convert successful interns into permanent employees,

Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment and/or human resources,
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written,
- Solid organization skills,
- Appetite for project management,
- Google suite mastering,
- Fluent in French and in English
