We are always on the lookout for talented people to join and have a positive and lifelong impact on people’s lives but today we are specifically looking for a Brand copywriter and content manager to help us to translate brand marketing strategies into impactful & innovative creatives on all touchpoints globally.

This is a collaborative role where you will be working with different experts : designers, marketing managers, product owners to  Hawaya become a global leader of transforming the way Muslims find their soulmate.

What you will be doing:

  • As a Brand copywriter and content manager you will be owning Hawaya’s tone of voice, and responsible for ensuring a coherent user experience, by translating the brand identity into words, across all of Hawaya’s touchpoints(e)You'll have the opportunity to inspire Muslim singles to find love by : 
  • Writing, editing content for our different touch points : application, website, social media, emails, ad creative
  • Creating and editing app user-interface content, CRM, push notifications
  • Creating different pieces of content that motivate, educate and drive conversions in a wide variety of platforms
  • Injecting the correct wordings, expressions while doing transcreation/adaptation of the Muslim culture in the TOV on all markets
  • Driving a cohesive brand story across our ecosystem of product offerings
  • Defining, maintaining & documenting glossary, content, brand
  • Supporting marketing & social media to shape copy for our members and partners
  • Performing end-to-end copywriting project management meaning developing and ensuring delivery of all produced assets within budget & timing constraints.
  • Checking final deliverables and ensuring final content appears as intended.

Skills that will help you succeed:

  • Minimal 5 to 7 years of experience in similar functions
  • Professional writing experience, ideally in a creative agency
  • Expert understanding of writing mechanics and grammar.
  • Communication skills that help you collaborate, present your work, and advocate for the Brand identity.
  • Knowledge of marketing practices and trends.
  • Be able to produce copywriting content in both French and English.
  • Ideally sense of humour and art of play with words 
  • Bilingual English required, French (role being based in Paris)
  • A good knowledge of Muslim culture is a plus

Recruitment Process :

- A final interview with Thomas, CEO (1 hour)
