The job :
At Meetic, our Facilities team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our work environment(e)As a Facilities Assistant, you will support the team by actively participating in the daily management of the company's infrastructure and services(e)You will help maintain a pleasant and efficient workspace, thereby facilitating the lives of our employees.
In this role you will :
- Contribute to the maintenance of the office, monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies and consumables.
- Participate in the organization/ logistics of in-house events (teambuildings, seminars and breakfasts, snacks, help with set-up, etc.).
- Administrative support: mail management, sending and receiving parcels, badges, lockers.
- Monitoring internal processes.
- CSR: help with solidarity races and events, monitoring of associations / partnership.
- Support in managing interventions required to maintain premises in good condition (ensuring that equipment is working properly, managing necessary interventions, etc.).
- Follow-up of intervention requests with our suppliers.
- Recording of electricity and water consumption, and monitoring and recording of temperature consumption in order to manage our commitment to reducing energy consumption(e)Contribution to actions to be implemented.

- BAC +2 in administration, communication, event management, or equivalent.
- You must be fluent in French.
