We are looking for L1 Application Support Technicians to join a Sales Preparation Core team support(e)

Your role will be to manage demands in our ticketing platform, follow the backlog, and scale the tickets to the L2 after investigation, if necessary(e)You will also ensure the functional and operational report of problems encountered daily by users with the Product owners and trainers.



Responsibilities:

  • Assist, advise and guide the users for technical issues;
  • Determine solutions and technical recommendations;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction service;
  • Monthly analysis routine with the product and the training teams;
  • Inform the users about the technical maintenance;
  • Launch an alert when the tools are unavailable for the users.

Your skills:

  • Good written English skills
  • Being eager and quick to learn, clear communicators and able to use initiative to tackle a broad range of problems.
  • Good listening
  • Strong team spirit
  • Propose, anticipate(e)Document.
  • Strong client focus and a desire to assist others
  • Ticketing platforms and communication tools
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Sourcing and Merchandising tools
