In order to accelerate Back Market’s international expansion in Asia, Back Market is looking for an APAC Growth Data Analyst.
This is not the normal data analyst role(e)
You will need data skills (SQL, Tableau, some Python) but also a sharp business acumen to analyze the data from a business perspective and recommend decisions to our General Manager, Country launch team and Heads of Supply/Marketing/Product for APAC(e)You might also lead and coordinate special projects for APAC if needed(e)This is a role at the center of our growth in APAC.
Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇
-Analyze performance for all teams: quality, supply, product, marketing(e)Work with our “Heads of” to define targets and build a strategy
-Build and rebuild KPIs to improve how we monitor our performance and therefore how we take decisions(e)Good KPIs lead to good decisions
-Build the data infrastructure (data collection + table creation + maintenance) you need to bring the KPIs to life(e)Accurate data leads to good decisions
-Build dashboards to visualize the data(e)Great visualizations lead to good decisions
-Support business in conducting ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision making and share your insight to the senior managers (ex : launch of a new feature, launch of a new payment method, category extension ...)
-Coordinate cross-team projects when required(e)A lot of projects involve different teams within APAC (Marketing, Product, Care, Supply) but also with HQ(e)Being at the center, you will be in a good position to coordinate projects.
You’re At The Right Place If: ⭐
- You’re looking for a gap year or an end of studies internship for 6 months in Paris
- You have a first experience in Consulting and/or as a Data analyst
- You have good command of SQL, Python is a plus & you know how to use dataviz tools (Ideally Tableau)
- You have top-notch analytical skills to identify key business insights & share recommendations through impactful visualizations
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Proven track record of strong delivery of results by working both independently and collaboratively with global teams as appropriate
- You thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment.
- You are fluent in English, Japanese and/or Korean is a strong plus !
About the internship:
- Starting date is in January, 2023
- Duration : 6 months (until end of June 2023) - full-time role.
- Location : Paris, France
--> You must have an internship agreement provided by your current French school.
