We are looking for our next Accountant intern who will be working within the Finance team (~17 team members including sub-teams such as Accounting, Legal & Finance) and who will report to Marie-Cécile, our Head of Accounting & Tax(e)You will work in very close collaboration with our Accounting Managers and the rest of the finance team(e)You’ll have the opportunity to understand how a start-up works by working on different strategic projects and with multiple stakeholders(e)The team will be here to mentor & coach you during your whole internship.
Respnsabilities
- Your main responsibility will be to take care of definition and optimization of processes within the Finance/Accounting department
- Closely collaborate with our Accounting team and our FP&A Analyst on a new project related to Procurement : participate in creating our procurement process and optimize our tools
- Help the team on another project related to taxation on sales invoices (France and foreign countries we collaborate with) : help setting up our documentation, find the right way of establishing declarations and ensure that the process is well-defined for all countries
- Support the team on managing account receivables and payables when needed
- Share best practices and prepare workshops to ensure that all stakeholders have the right information
Profile
- You will complete a Master 2 in 2023 in Finance/Accounting and you are looking for a end-of-study internship
- A 1st experience in accounting is appreciated
- You are curious by nature, organized, willing to learn new things and develop/improve your hard & soft skills
- Motivation to help the team in working on high impact projects, clearly communicate progress, and deliver on time
- Team player with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative & international environment
- Skills on NetSuite or Yooz softwares are a plus
- English fluency is required as we work in English(e)French is a plus
