At Talkwalker, our Sales team is responsible to attract, nurture and close business opportunities generated from both inbound, outbound and partner activities(e)They are responsible to connect with prospective clients to introduce them to Talkwalker and demonstrate the value of our analytics platform throughout the Marketing, Communications and Insights departments.

Talkwalker is a leading social listening & analytics company with over 2,000 clients globally(e)Through our AI-powered analytics platform, we gather data from the conversations that happen around brands - online, in the media, and within companies themselves - to uncover, understand, and action consumer insights(e)We are extremely international, with headquarters in Luxembourg and offices in New York City, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Paris, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Key responsibilities:

  • Market and sell Talkwalker’s social data monitoring intelligence tool
  • Proactively generate sales leads and handle the sales process until client on-boarding
  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate and close deals with Mid-Market brands in an aggressive time frame
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in Salesforce
  • Network and attend relevant regional conferences and trade shows
  • Participate in our overall sales and marketing strategy

Qualifications:

  • You have gained at least 2+ years of solution sales experience selling software, social listening or SaaS applications to Mid-Market organizations
  • You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and open communication culture
  • You are fluent in English & French, knowledge other languages would be an advantage
