Our Global Video Project Manager will own and execute the video content strategy for Qonto across its 4 growing markets, leveraging the power of visual storytelling to boost brand awareness, position Qonto as a thought leader, attract new clients, and build loyalty with existing ones.
Video content is becoming increasingly important in our overall marketing strategy at Qonto, so we’re looking for someone to lead our video strategy, scale our video production capabilities, and manage all video projects across the funnel, from boosting awareness and conversion to feature education and user engagement.
You’ll join the global content team within the Growth department, and work with and support multiple teams across the company: from local marketing, brand, and design, to social media, product marketing, and acquisition.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Video Project Manager at Qonto, you will:

Deliver multiple high-quality videos every quarter: From digital ads and feature launch campaigns to client testimonials and product tutorials, you’ll partner with lots of teams to cover a range of topics and formats;
Scale Qonto’s video capabilities: As the foundation of our video content pillar, you’ll improve and increase our output with the support of external agencies, internal content creators, and designers, and eventually grow the team;
Build a global video strategy: Set the vision for video content at Qonto; define best-in-class standards for video content across multiple channels and set objectives with measurable results;
Manage all video projects: Take the lead in implementing clear processes, as well as ideation, coordinating briefs, production schedules, and key stakeholders to oversee the production of videos that meet Qonto’s high-quality standards and business goals.

🤔 What you can expect

A role that’s both strategic and hands-on: You have big ideas but also aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty;
Ownership: You’ll be the key contact and internal expert for video, with all projects going through you to maintain consistency and align with your vision to make the biggest impact at Qonto;
Autonomy and impact: You decide how to best structure your time, accomplish your objectives, and support other teams with theirs through video content.

🤝 About your future manager

You’ll report directly to Kim, our Head of Global Content.
Their path: Kim’s professional experience spanning film, fashion, beauty, luxury, and tech is as diverse as her international background (Manila, Hong Kong, New York, Singapore, Paris) — but always with an emphasis on storytelling(e)A former journalist and magazine editor, she pivoted from publishing to content consulting for luxury brands, and spent 4 years leading brand and communications for tech startup Getaround in Europe before joining Qonto.
What they can bring to you: Through her past leadership roles in media, marketing, branding, and design, Kim brings expertise from over 12 years of crafting compelling stories about and for brands(e)She’s a strong advocate for the impact that engaging and relevant content can have on business, and will be the ideal thought partner to challenge your ideas, keep you customer-focused, and push you creatively.

🏅About You

Experience: You have 4-5 years of relevant experience managing video content in a fast-paced environment ideally in-house for a brand, at a production or digital marketing agency, or in the creative services department of a media company;
Video expertise: You’re passionate about video as a content and storytelling medium and have strong knowledge of the full production process, from scripting and storyboarding to lighting, editing, and sound mixing(e)Being able to shoot and edit your own videos with technical proficiency would be an advantage;
Project management: You’re able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying on top of deadlines and budgets, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, and resolving technical and creative issues as needed;
Communication skills: You speak and write English fluently (French, German, Spanish, or Italian would be a plus)(e)You’re clear and concise when collaborating with others, and can articulate creative concepts and feedback in an easily understandable way.

💪 Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together
- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
