At Cardiologs, our mission is to democratize access to expert cardiac care through medical-grade artificial intelligence and cloud technology(e)Our flagship product, the Cardiologs Holter platform, is a leading software for the analysis of ambulatory ECG used to help diagnose over 1 million patients per year.

More recently, we launched a Remote Patient Monitoring solution in the US and in Europe, allowing patients to share their smartwatch ECGs with their physicians, who in turn use our cloud-based RPM platform to streamline ECG reviews.

As we are ramping up our commercial efforts in Europe, we are looking to add a Training Manager to continue our Customer Success build-out at Cardiologs.  You will act as a go-to resource for clinical discussions and support for prospects/customers and internally for teammates(e)Working alongside our Client Services and Commercial Team you will engage with customers through multiple venues to help them understand Cardiologs’ approach to clinical strategy and metrics with our products(e)You will also conduct training internally for all teammates to keep us educated.


What you will do

- Create and deliver a training program for new customer onboarding as well as existing customers.
- Resource for clinically related support cases to provide top tier customer service
- Collaborate with Customer Success for any sensitive conversations that arise during Run/Perform phases
- Provide internal training as the resident clinical expert across all functional areas.


Job requirements

- Speak/write French and English fluently
- 1-3 years experience in Cardiology, especially with reading ECGs.  In a clinical setting as a practitioner or supporting practitioners
- 1-2  years previous experience in software or customer facing settings a plus
- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Life-science or another relevant degree, practical experience (ICU, Cathlab, other hospital settings) or MBA a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working directly with customers
- Ability to manage multiple threads of work, stay organized, and keep deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with technology infrastructure 
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Experience working in a global business context and international environment
- Ability to travel/drive
