Enterprise Solutions is a core business unit of Ledger, a leader in security for cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications(e)Leveraging Ledger’s industry-leading and independently-certified security technology, the Ledger Vault provides information technology infrastructure for financial institutions to securely control their crypto assets with a multi-authorization self-custody management solution.
 
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager based in Paris, reporting to the John Pete, Head of Service Delivery Management of Ledger Enterprise Solutions to support the EMEA region. You'll also interact with all members of the Service Delivery Team such as Business Development, Marketing, Product and Research & Development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage risks and responding quickly to issues as and when they arise
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Own the deliverables from receiving the signed off requirements through to testing and release
  • Be responsible for the quality of each development piece ensuring all quality control checks have been undertaken at the right stages of the delivery cycle
  • Work closely with key team members to understand and agree priorities for each iteration
  • Plan/schedule the work ahead of each iteration and monitoring and managing the deliverables and dependencies throughout
  • Effectively manage the time of your team of developers and testers and have their work planned in a cohesive and sensible way.
  • Liaise with the Service Delivery Managers to ensure that the key milestones and dates are agreed with the clients

About you

  • 2+ years experience as a Delivery Manager / Product Manager
  • Passion for Web3/Defi
  • Able to work sensitively and effectively with our b2b clients to deliver a first in class service
  • Has worked on software implementations/integrations
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities
  • Experience with building and launching projects from scratch
  • Experience in Sales / E-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Startup/Scale-up company experience
