We are looking for a Technical Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth & optimised technical onboarding for our beloved customers.

One of our strength is to easily fit into our customers' process(e)Our services are available from multiple touchpoints, with different technical integration difficulty levels:
- low technical integration: webapp, white label solutions
- platform-specific technical integration: Salesforce Application developed in Apex
- more complex technical integration: APIs, SDK integration
Each project will be different !

The Technical Onboarding Specialist is responsible for:
- Providing the best customer onboarding process from customer commitment stage to product launch & adoption
- Testing, troubleshooting and continuously looking for optimizing existing technical integrations

That position suggests to address cross functional topics(e)It enables you to work with many different departments(e)Not only will you be the link between of the Sales department by building a bridge between the Sales' and Customer Support teams, but you'll also be the link between the Sales department and the Tech department.

The position is attached to the Onboarding team and reporting directly to the Onboarding Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide a seamless technical onboarding to our beloved customers :
- Design the most adapted onboarding process for each type of product we offer
- Plan the product integration strategy in order to minimize integration times
- Orchestrate the onboarding working hand-in-hand with multiple touchpoints - from our customer teams' (bothOperational and Tech teams) to internal teams (Sales, Product and Engineering teams)
- Be responsible for the client’s clean implementation when the product goes live. 

Ensure that our onboarding integration is always optimized :
- Analyse, follow and continuously improve the customer’s implementation
- Be reactive and efficient on customer requests working with our Product team
- Gather customer feedbacks & needs to the Product Team
- Own the implementation documentation up to date
- Track and manage all our technical integrations

Understand and detect market trends, emerging technical needs and future business challenges of our prospects and escalate them to the teams in charge of the roadmap
- Identify any recurring issues, opportunities for Product or process improvement and report them to the other internal teams
- Be the voice of the customer during internal meetings on the ongoing and forecoming projects. 
- Follow-up and inform our prospects of new features or future evolution of our Product

Create a trustful, long-lasting and positive client experience

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Bachelor degree in software and/or in the technical field
- Customer oriented with highly professional communication skills
- Strong analytical, creative problem solving and presentation skills
- Previous experience working in Engineering and/or customer service is a plus
- You are analytic and know how to anticipate and adapt
- You are proactive, curious, rigorous, responsive
- You’re a team player
- You have a thorough understanding of how a REST API works, and with mobile (SDK, white-labeled and propietary app)
- You are confident with web, and back-end logic
- You know how web coding works, even if you don’t have to code yourself
