What will be your mission ?
Client satisfaction is in the heart of SPENDESK, defining the adequate processes, tools and people to interact with our customers, making them fully committed during their customer journey(e)As the Team Lead Onboarding for the French Market, your mission is to actively contribute in building the best-in-class implementation paths for our customers making sure they reach their success criteria the fastest and most seamless way possible.

What will you be doing ?

  • Organize and set the processes of Handover with Sales and Onboarding
  • Management

  • Build the adequate and scalable organisation for the onboarding team
  • Choose and implement the tools in order to scale the business for the coming
  • years
  • Deliver trust and value for all our customers in their segmented customer
  • journey.
  • Make your team building business cases which will continue echo to our market
  • brand awareness.
  • Overachieved your KPIs

What do you need to have ?

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Onboarding Management team
  • Strong attention to details and high level of operational execution;
  • Strong leader in aligning extend organisation in making Customer satisfaction a
  • pillar
  • Outstanding capacity to communicate and influence other teams and
  • stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
