We have 2 types of clients:

- B2C: sports enthusiasts subscribing directly to our membership online

- B2B: companies supporting their employees to stay active and healthy

B2B has been quickly growing in France and we are looking for a Team Lead for the Corporate Sales department to develop and grow our B2B clients portfolio and revenue(e)If you are an eager, entrepreneurial and resourceful manager who loves challenges and growing a business, you are the right person for this position!

Your team is divided in 3 sub-teams: 

  • Sales Development Representatives
  • Corporates Sales Managers
  • Customer Success Managers 

Together with your team and in collaboration with our headquarters in Berlin, you will run the sales function in an efficient, effective, and proactive manner to build a culture and an environment where our people can learn, grow, and contribute to the current and future success of Urban Sports Club. 

Reporting directly to the Managing Director in France, you will be based in central Paris in a flexible work environment. 

 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Coach, mentor and motivate a high producing sales team, and in doing so generate revenue opportunities for the French organization
  • Lead the outbound sales strategy & activity 
  • Drive and maintain your team to sales targets while ensuring consistency of performance among team members
  • Lead the Customer Success efforts so that each and every B2B client has the highest engagement possible and a solid share of its employees using Urban Sports Club
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize the leadgen transformation
  • Align with other leaders across the business including Partner Management to implement supply growth strategies that accelerate our B2B sales growth in France
  • Challenge existing processes and build and test new ones so your team is able to perform at its best and grow  
  • Maintain a hands-on presence in the field, selling our flexible sports package to corporate customers, from startups to big companies and building lasting relationships

 

What you need to succeed 

  • You have 5+ years of relevant sales management experience in a corporate sales environment including 1-2 years of people management and development
  • You are an innovative thinker – embracing and promoting new ideas and encourages others to do likewise - you are not afraid to surf on the wave of change
  • You are comfortable working with data, you track your team's success and define priorities using KPIs 
  • You have a solid knowledge base on the use of a CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce…)
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and leadership skills: you coach and bring your team to higher performance standards and hitting targets
  • Your native language is French and you are proficient in English(e)You enjoy working in an international environment
  • You ideally worked already in a SaaS company or in the field of corporate benefits
  • You identify with our goals and mission - you are enthusiastic about sports, fitness, and technology, and are willing to go the extra mile to inspire people to lead an active and healthy life!
