YOUR MISSION   

As a team coordinator, your main mandate will be to provide administrative support to the Senior Directors of two teams, Talent & Culture and Finance & Administration, in the performance of their duties.  Proactive and motivated, you must be able to effectively anticipate the needs of the teams you support and ensure the link with the various stakeholders.   You are organized, rigorous and professional, and you are able to work in a flexible environment? FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
Behind the scenes of the projects, the administrative services ensure that each project will be on the front burner(e)Present at various stages of a project's life, they support and accompany the creative and production teams(e)Throughout the year, the finance team accompanies each team in the management of their projects, ensuring the follow-up of deadlines and other performance indicators(e)The team keeps pace with the diversity of projects, the variety of production cycles and the wide range of our clients(e)You will join a team of dedicated professionals with an outstanding team spirit and collaboration. 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

Support the Senior Directors of Talent & Culture and Finance & Administration
- Be a conduit of information between the team and the Director;
- Organize, coordinate and manage the agenda of the Directors;
- Assist the directors in the development of internal presentations (keynote, Google slides), prepare, write and correct various documents;
- Organize, coordinate, prepare weekly meetings, take notes and do the required follow-ups;
- Administer expense accounts in a timely manner;
- Support the Directors in the development of external relations and the follow-up of relevant contacts;
- Ensure the maintenance, management and archiving of files and documents;
- Organize, coordinate and manage the Directors' business trips;
- All other related tasks.    

Coordination in support of the Talent & Culture and Finance teams  
- Ensure weekly follow-up of time sheets, overtime and vacation schedule of department employees;
- Organize lunches, dinners and other activities for the supported teams;
- Organize special projects, meetings and other events;
- Provide support and follow-up with other administrative departments;
- Contribute to the integration of new resources within the teams.

DOES YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDE... 

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an assistant or coordinator position in the cultural, entertainment, multimedia production or other related field;
- Passionate self-starter or with specialized training in administration, management, design, multimedia, post-production;
- Advanced knowledge of French and English, both oral and written;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, IWork (Keynote)(e)
