After 8 years of 50% growth year-on-year, our company of 90 people is set to double in the next 18 months(e)We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our small team of recruiters and contribute to build a proactive recruitment strategy.

Position Overview

The HR team is currently composed of a Head of People and Culture overseeing Recruitment and Employee Experience.

Reporting to our Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for leveling up our global hiring strategy for further growth and success(e)You will own a full-cycle recruitment process, designing and implementing a hiring strategy to attract the top engineering talent that is characteristic of Tweag.

 As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the following missions:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and offer negotiation - while partnering with our hiring managers along the way.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience by building strong professional relationships with candidates and ensuring coherence in execution of the hiring process.
  • Act as an ambassador of Tweag.
  • Provide quantitative insights to monitor and improve our recruitment practices and help us make efficient decisions.
  • Ensure that Diversity & Inclusion is an elemental part of our global hiring strategy.
  • Leverage existing talent acquisition channels and explore new sourcing opportunities.
  • Build up a steady pipeline of top candidates.
  • Own, design and deliver our social media strategy.
  • Challenge assessment processes to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture alignment.

This job is for you if

  • You have 2 to 5 + years of experience in a hiring role preferably in a tech company or a tech recruitment firm.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are very well organized and not afraid of multitasking.
  • You are data driven.
  • You have a team spirit.
  • You are curious and eager to learn.
  • You pay attention to details.
  • You have a culture of service. 
  • You adapt fast.
