Your mission
2023 is a year of great ambitions for our Talent Acquisition team with 250+ positions to fill worldwide(e)In order to achieve this ambitious target, we would like to hire 2 interns to support our growth(e)Our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team is composed of 14 people, located in 2 countries and truly international (9 nationalities)(e)This team's mission is to attract and hire the right talents to support the growth of our business, with our culture and diversity at the center.
Your responsibilities
- Be responsible of the full cycle hiring process of junior positions & internships for all functions, from hiring brief to closing candidates Support Talent Acquisition Managers in their active sourcing efforts
- Partner with hiring managers & the talent acquisition team s to ensure a positive, smooth and timely candidate experience
- Contribute to specific projects within the scope of talent acquisition
- Closely collaborate with the People Ops Team
Your qualifications
- Rigorous, great attention to detail, structured & organized
- Curious & creative, passionate about and interested in recruiting
- Ability to build trusting relationships & attentive to offer a top-notch candidate experience
- You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
- You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
- You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English, Any other language is a plus
- Nice to have: first experience in recruitment
