About the opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the Talent Acquisition team and our recruitment efforts, including end-to-end candidate management through the hiring process(e)You will communicate across all levels of the organisation, learn how a recruiting engine functions in a fast-paced tech company, and provide a solid candidate experience for prospective employees(e)This is a great opportunity for college students or recent grads to gain experience in Human Resources, recruitment, and SaaS / Software startups/companies.

What you’ll do:

  • Help manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system, Lever
  • Coordinate and arrange subsequent interviews with hiring managers and the interview panel
  • Act as a key point of contact for all candidates, managing communications and guiding them throughout the duration of their interview process, with a strong focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Support other including but not limited to managing job postings, developing interview kits, drafting offer letters and contracts, posting job announcements internally as well as externally to LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Help launch new recruitments by working across teams with other departments
  • Create new hire profile in Workday
  • Assist with strategic talent acquisition and other ad hoc projectsGain exposure to a global recruitment function

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience excelling in high-velocity environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Google apps (Sheets, Slides, Doc)
  • Experience with Microsoft Programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
  • Approachable, with excellent people interaction and customer service skills
  • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and are eager to learn
  • Previous recruiting/HR internship experience strongly preferred
