As part of the Commerce team and directly reporting to the Senior Lead, Responsible Offer, you are in charge of helping the team meet its daily objectives(e)You have a strong appetite for sustainability and you wish to bring your academic background and creativity to the team(e)Also, you are not afraid of working is a fast pace environment that requires agility, strong communication skills and a great ability to conduct multiple projects at the same time.
Your day to day responsibilities:
Market intelligence:
- Help the team be aware of all initiatives related to sustainability in the retail / e-commerce industry: spot new initiatives, analyze their performance and share them with key internal stakeholders
- Help the team identify best in class brands operating in our sector (brands highly committed on sustainability)
- Attend conferences about sustainability and write reports to the team
Sustainable data collection:
- Coordinate the sustainability data collection process
- Work closely with the Product Information Management team to bring value on our product pages
- Contribute to our product sustainability scorecard
Merchandising & Promotion:
- Build selections of responsible products to be activated on ManoMano (commercial operations, playlists etc)
- Propose new features to make sustainable products more visible and attractive
- Write post-commercial operation performance reports (key KPIs, key learnings etc)
- Collaborate with our Comms / Advice teams to develop content related to sustainability
Data & Analytics:
- Use our KPI dashboards and evaluate the performance of our projects
Side projects:
- Assist all team members in their exploration projects
- The candidate can also be asked to work on other projects (not listed here) and/or develop its own initiatives
Requirements: Must have
- Strong interest in sustainability - you are looking for a job that is impact oriented and are up to date with corporate / market news related to sustainability (via press review, conferences etc)
- You are solution and result-oriented and you respond effectively to deadlines
- Good business and strategic senses
- Ability to manage a project on your own
- Strong analytical skills (ability to use excel)
- Interest in tech environment, retail and e-commerce
- Excellent professional skills in English
- You are curious, caring and open minded
Requirements: Nice to have
- Previous experience in addressing sustainability / climate issues (consulting, etc)
- Interest in data (SQL, etc)
- Any other language (Spanish, German, Italian)
