We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives Manager to develop long-term and near-term company strategy and run internal consulting projects (strategy development & execution).
You will report to the Chief of Staff (based in Bordeaux, France), and will work closely with the CEOs (based in Paris and NYC).

- Permanent full-time contract
- Paris Office: 19 rue Michel Le Comte - 75003, with a smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)
? A few examples of your responsibilities
- Partner with the Executive team and senior leadership to define the company vision and strategy
- Work with the business to screen, select, manage, and drive the execution of complex, cross-functional and high impact initiatives (examples of projects would be pricing, new geographies to open, M&A, etc.)
- Help run the cross-functional and cross-region strategic planning process, ensuring clear expectations, quality strategy development and buy-in from all parts of the company
- Execute complex financial modeling and discover, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to perform strategic analysis and research
- Foster continuous process improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement

- A bit of experience(e)Minimum 5+ years experience in a top tier consulting firm(e)Experience in corporate strategy, simplifying and solving complex and ambiguous problems(e)Experience with use of business intelligence tools and processes(e)Successful track record partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
