We’re looking for an ambitious Startup Program Manager to join our team in our Startup Accelerator: Atomic Labs by Contentsquare(e)
This isn’t a typical position, you will be in charge of the animation of our startup community and you will be dedicated to make this acceleration program a success for our startups and Contentsquare(e)We are looking for someone enthousiast and who communicate a spirit of fun, kindness and hard work, as well as create valuable relationships with each entrepreneurs and their teams.
This position could start as soon as possible on a full-time contract(e)You will report to your manager based in Paris.
The role
At the Contentsquare Labs, everyday is a new adventure, your mission is to create valuable relationships with each entrepreneur and their teams(e)We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will communicate a spirit of fun, kindness and hard work(e)This mission has 3 dimensions: Startup’s support ; Event and content development ; Social Networking(e)The purpose of this mission is to launch Contentsquare Labs in North America and grow our local presence.
Selection process :
Identify, map and connect with the major incubators, accelerator and VC Fund in the North America ecosystem
Scouting of startups thanks to our tools (Crunchbase, F6S)
Contact startups and launch the selection process
Social Networking:
Participation to big startup events
Community management on our social medias: LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Medium (or similar)
Coaching/Startup’s support:
Connect the startup with the CS and Contentsquare Labs ecosystem (customers, partners, events, etc)
Be active in launching new collaborations between our startups, product team and our customers
Community Management of the startups community: feed the community with relevant content, Startup’s competition, Contentsquare news, support them in their seek of resources and advice within the community, etc.
Event and content development:
Guarantee the alignment of the content proposed with the objectives of each startupOrganize workshops, reviews, afterwork, events with our partners in the US and remotely
Manage the entrepreneur’s feedback to insure the continuous improvement loop of the program
About you
- M2 in management of the new technologies, innovation management, digital project, entrepreneurship or digital communication.
- Fluent in French and in English Over 2 years in the startup or innovation ecosystem (Assistant to the CEO, entrepreneur, in an accelerator/incubator/VC structure, consulting on new technologies, etc.)
- You well know the startup ecosystem, especially startups around ecommerce, knowledge in American startup ecosystem will be very appreciated
- Communicative personality who enjoys taking on new challenges and achieving great things as a teamWell knowledge of the SaaS market and the retail industry would be appreciated
- Highly personable, and confident interacting in-person as well as over the phone
- Enjoys working in a dynamic start-up culture, contributing new and creative ideas
