THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

  • Be the strategic partner and service provider for our Engineering hiring managers in order to find the best talent for a wide range of open positions
  • Enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders where they can trust your judgment
  • Build a strong technical pipeline and engage talent via innovative ways & by creating a great candidate experience
  • Be an excellent team player - sometimes we need to you roll up your sleeves and help out your colleagues when needed
  • Be data driven and use data to make informed decisions and tweak wherever necessary
  • Communicate and enforce organisational values & influence the company culture

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a high growth environment, in-house experience preferred
  • You have a track-record of owning end-to-end recruitment processes and you put great value on an extraordinary candidate experience
  • You have profound project management skills and shine in prioritization within a fast paced environment
  • You are excited about process optimisation and automatisation via innovative tools
  • You are self-driven and result oriented, with an eye for detail
  • You have an analytical mindset  and drive change through data 
  • You thrive on creating an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Your communication skills in English are excellent, German is a plus
