⭐ We are looking for a Senior Strategy Associate to join our newly created Strategy team!
👉 The team:
As Senior Strategy Associate, you will be joining a newly created Team whose objective is to maximize DataDome’s growth ambitions by allowing the Company’s exec(e)to take data-driven decisions and secure smooth execution.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for creating the Strategy practice within the Company and upon demonstrating good results, creating the team in the department.
You will be expected to create and own all market intelligence and strategic planning initiatives(e)This will include setting the right processes, best practices and outcomes(e)You also act as an extension of the C-suite to increase velocity & maximize ROI around strategic initiatives, and support inorganic growth and fundraising.
👉 What you will be responsible for:
- Market intelligence: competitive & partner intelligence, Analyst Relations & Customer intelligence
- Primary audience research (focus groups, surveys, 1:1 interviews, ethnographic research) & Secondary research synthesis
- Landscape analysis & White space positioning
- Storytelling and deck development with powerful narratives for Partners & Analysts
- Communicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics
- Strategic planning: Help the Company take better, data-driven decisions(e)
- Conduct annual strategic planning for the organization: masterplan, OKR, execution planning, based on business perf analysis with the ops team and aimed at aligning all teams on the appropriate path forward
- Project management for strategic initiatives: Kill wishful thinking, Increase velocity, maximize ROI
- Participate in ad hoc projects to manage top priority initiatives for the business
- Establish yourself and the team as a trusted advisor and the go-to partner to Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams, and collaboratively influence product strategy through an ecosystem lens
- Support for inorganic growth & funding: M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for investors, partners, and board meetings.
👤 What we look for:
- At least 4 years Senior associate level experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development(e)**
- Ability and / or lead teams to execute complex, strategic, and operational initiatives.
- Ease working internationally, developing complex analytical models, and using analytical insights to inform critical business decisions.
- Knowledge of global business issues, along with knowledge of the global cybersecurity & e-Commerce space.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions with executives
- Experience driving transformative strategy in a rapidly growing, fast-paced operating environment, in areas of high-complexity.
- Solid influencing skills, and ability to be a trusted advisor to Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Strong ability to put structure around ambiguity.
- Ability to work up, down, and across large organizations; connects at all levels, i.e., Analysts to C-Suite
- Native proficiency in English is a must have.
- Master's degree / MBA in Business or management
