We launched a new product insurance offer in 2021 : your mission will be to ensure its operational excellence and enrich it to delight our customer !

As our Senior Project Manager (Insurances), your main responsibilities will be to:

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): ?

Run the EU insurance operations on a daily basis:
Own & monitor the P&L of our insurance service
Build & monitor strategic KPIs from adoption to revenue and customer satisfaction
Embody our insurance service internally & externally with our partners

Enrich our product insurance offer to increase our sales and revenue:
Collaborate with Backmarket product team and our external partners to scope and roll out new growth levers : launch new categories of product, propose warranty extension, work on price optimization, optimize merchandising to maximize the conversion rate, etc.

Improve customer experience :
Ensure our insured customer gets a smooth and fast solution when opening a claim by closely monitoring the Repair, Replacement or Refund rate, the time to solve and ultimately the NPS score
Build and roll out action plans to improve the quality of customer experience at all times.

Develop our knowledge of EU customers : launch studies to understand our customers needs and transform them in concrete actions to increase long time value

Investigate and develop a range of B2B insurances answering to needs of the businesses selling on Backmarket (eg(e)delivery insurance)

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

You have a minimum of 7 years experience in Management Consulting or as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
You have experience within the affinity insurance market(e)
Experience in a consumer fintech or insurtech is a plus.
You have a proven track of record negotiating and contracting with partners.
You have strong analytical skills.
You have excellent verbal and written communication, track record of successful presentation to Senior Leadership, leading to high impact
Outstanding influencing skill: track record of working successfully with multiple functions and to align with diverse teams on a common goal.
